Online premium payments are processed on our secure BriteCore policyholder portal, not on this website. Payment information is entered directly on that encrypted portal and is never stored on this site. Payments made by phone through your local agency office are likewise handled securely, and your information remains encrypted for your protection.
Policyholder information
Information you share with us or your independent agent to obtain a quote or service a policy is used for underwriting, billing, and claims purposes as permitted by West Virginia insurance law and the laws of the states where we operate. We share it only with parties necessary to service your policy — such as your agency, our reinsurers, and regulators — and never sell it to third parties.
